MetaMask-Ethernet Browser Extension
MetaMask is an Ethereum browser extension that enables users to view the blockchain in their browser without leaving their web page. The extension allows the user to perform Ethereum transactions from within the web browser.
How does it work?
MetaMask extends Ethereum’s Web3 API to any Javascript context. This means that when you open a webpage, the extension can access the blockchain information. This information includes all the Ethereum addresses, associated balances, Ethereum address and balance for the contract address, transaction details, and much more.
Once a user has signed up, a wallet in their MetaMask client is created. The user can transfer tokens between addresses and withdraw them, as well as move funds between wallets.
